Good sample letters of approval of employment resignation

Every employee has the right to leave the company where he works. There are many reasons why a person decides to get out of a company. You may be unhappy with the wages, inadequate work environment, lack of development career line or no job promotions.
Whether for whatever reason when a person decides to quit his job, he has to do it right, that means he should send a labor resignation letter to the human resources department. After having received the letter, that area will have to send a reply to the employee approving his resignation. In this article we show two examples of approval of employment resignation letters.

Yesterday, August 22, 2012 we received your letter of resignation to the sales executive position that you have occupied in this company.
As explained in the letter you made that decision based strictly on family affairs. We inform you that your resignation has been accepted and from this point you are no longer part of our workforce.
From tomorrow you can visit personally the HR department in the afternoon for delivery of your work certificate and your wages and profits.
We wish you the best in your private and professional life.
